Admissions & Getting Started

How do I get started with recovery housing?

The easiest first step is to call our admissions line at (804) 230-0999. Our team will have a confidential conversation with you, conduct a free intake screening, and help determine the right support pathway. You can also visit us at 2604 North Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23294. You can also send us a message and we'll reach back out to you.

How quickly can I begin?

We offer same-day assessments when possible. We understand urgency matters and work quickly to get you into a structured support environment.

Is my call confidential?

Yes, completely. All calls and communications are private and handled with strict confidentiality. We will never share your information without your written consent, except as required by law.

Can I call on behalf of a family member or loved one?

Yes. Family members and friends frequently call on behalf of a loved one. We can walk you through available options, how to approach the conversation, and what to expect.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
  • A valid photo ID
  • A photo ID or license if available (optional in some cases)
  • List of current medications
  • Prior program records (optional)
  • Emergency contact information

Don't have everything? That's okay — come as you are.

Cost

How much does support cost?

Cost depends on the level of support and your financial situation. We'll go over costs transparently during the admissions process — no surprises. In some cases, we can defer costs until we've helped you re-enter the workforce.

Recovery & What to Expect

How long does support last?

Length of support varies by individual goals and progress. Recovery is a process, not an event — we'll work with you to plan the right timeline for your next steps.

What happens if I relapse?

Relapse is a common part of the recovery process for many people — it doesn't mean you've failed. If you experience a relapse, reach out to us immediately. We can help you step back into structure, reset your support plan, and reconnect you with accountability resources. We will never judge you for reaching back out.

Do you offer support for family members?

Yes. Recovery impacts the whole family. We provide guidance and support so loved ones can play a constructive role in accountability and reintegration.

Still have questions?

Our team is happy to answer any questions you have — with no pressure and no obligation.
