How Admissions Works
Here's what to expect from your first contact through your first days in program.
Call or Reach Out
Call (804) 230-0999to speak with our admissions team. This conversation is confidential and completely free. You can also fill out our contact form and we'll call you back.
Not sure what to say? That's okay — our team will help you figure out the right next step, whether it's recovery housing, reintegration support, or another resource.
Free Intake Assessment
We conduct a brief intake screening to understand your situation — your history, current challenges, support system, and goals. This helps us determine which pathway is the best fit for your housing, accountability, and reintegration needs.
Assessments are available same-day and can be done by phone or in person at our location at 2604 North Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23294.
Program and Cost Review
We walk through program expectations, next steps, and costs transparently so you know exactly what to expect.
In some cases, costs can be deferred until we've helped you re-enter the workforce.
Move In or Begin Program
Once placement is confirmed, you'll move into a structured, supportive community and start your recovery, accountability, and reintegration plan.
What to Bring to Your Assessment
For an in-person intake assessment, it's helpful to bring:
- A valid photo ID (optional in some cases)
- List of current medications
- Any prior program records (optional)
- Emergency contact information
Don't have all of this? Don't let that stop you. Come as you are — we can work through logistics together.
