Urban Recovery RVA's mission is to win the war on drugs in urban communities by supporting both men and women on their journey to recovery. We believe that access to quality recovery housing and Addiction Recovery Management Services (ARMS) should be available to everyone.
Our work places particular focus on providing quality recovery housing for Black, Brown, and other special populations seeking freedom from active addiction — populations that have historically faced the greatest barriers to accessing quality, sustained recovery support.
Urban Recovery RVA provides alcohol-free and illicit-drug-free housing to individuals with substance use disorders, within a structured, recovery-oriented community environment.

Resume building, mock interviews, transportation support, and job placement services help residents move toward stable employment.

Support for people returning from rehab or incarceration, including legal partnerships and coordinated local resources.
